If you live in DC or have visited in the last couple of years you know that marijuana possession is legal. The I71 law was passed in the Nation's Capitol in 2015 and five years later DC residents are being terroized by the gaps of the initiative. In 2019, 840 DC Adults were arrested with 83% being black.
